About You We’re not just hiring guides; we’re looking for personalities. Here’s how you know this might be the perfect role for you: You might be a server, bartender, retail associate, teacher, tour guide, or someone with a passion for engaging with people. Museums take twice as long for you because you’re too busy soaking in every detail—and telling others about it. You’ve walked friends and family around the Falls more times than you can count, sharing fun facts along the way. You’re naturally comfortable speaking to groups and have a knack for keeping people engaged. What Helps You Shine in This Role: A willingness to learn about the history, legends, and culture of Niagara Falls (we’ve got you covered with training!). Previous experience in tourism or customer service is a bonus but not required. Excellent time management and organizational skills—you’ll be guiding groups of varying sizes with diverse needs. This is a casual, seasonal position from June to September. Tours can start as early as 9 AM or as late as 2:00 PM and typically last 2 hours. A valid tour guide license is required for this role.
