Summary We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at TGI Fridays. Both of our locations (located instead the Hyatt Regency Niagara Falls Fallsview and Wyndham Grand Fallsview hotels) are currently hiring for this role. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your contributions will be vital in enhancing the overall guest experience. Responsibilities - Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. - Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and responding to their needs. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper storage of supplies. - Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol regulations at all times. - Process transactions accurately using the POS system. - Assist in managing inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed. - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods. Requirements - Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the food service industry. - Smart Serve certified. - Strong knowledge of bartending techniques and drink recipes. - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively. - Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations is essential.
