Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of grilled items according to established recipes and menu specifications Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness in all food handling and preparation areas Assist with menu planning by suggesting new grill recipes and flavor combinations Ensure all food is cooked to the correct temperature and presented attractively for service Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and ensure timely delivery of orders Handle food with care, following proper knife skills and food handling procedures to maximize quality and safety Support catering events or special functions by preparing large quantities of grilled dishes as needed Experience Previous experience working in a dietary department or dietary aide role is highly desirable Proven background in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant service, especially in fine dining or casual dining environments Familiarity with kitchen operations, including food safety protocols and food handling best practices Strong knife skills and experience with meal preparation techniques Knowledge of menu planning, catering, and serving in a fast-paced setting Demonstrated ability to work efficiently within a team while maintaining attention to detail in food industry standards Join us as a Grill Cook and bring your culinary passion to life!
