Summary We are seeking dedicated hospitality professionals to join our team as a Server at Outback Steakhouse Niagara Falls, located on Fallsview Boulevard! Responsibilities: - Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously. - Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems. - Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation. - Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas. - Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments. - Provide excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction. - Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities. - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.' - All other duties assigned by management. Qualifications - Proven experience in food service or hospitality industry. - Robust customer service skills with a friendly attitude. - Smart Serve Certified. - Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS. - Ability to manage time effectively during busy hours. - Food safety certification is preferred. - Excellent communication skills. - Ability to work as part of a team. - Flexibility to work various shifts as needed. - Ability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
