Community-Focused HR Manager (Oakville)

Lead a community-centered approach as a Human Resources Manager. Oversee people operations, enhance workplace culture, and manage compliance within a supportive, non-profit organization. This role reports to the Director of Human Resources and focuses on empowering employees while aligning HR practices with core values. You will lead recruitment strategies, foster a culture of excellence, and support the organization’s objectives through effective people management. Responsibilities include mentoring staff, implementing wellness programs, and ensuring safety compliance.
