As an HR Generalist, you will assist in building a supportive and compliant environment across multiple sites in Ontario. This position is designed for a motivated HR professional knowledgeable in employment legislation and HR best practices. Collaborate with management to enhance employee engagement and operational success.

Key Responsibilities:• Serve as an HR business partner for field and corporate teams • Support retention strategies and employee onboarding • Provide consistent HR support during site visits • Advise on Ontario employment legislation and policies • Implement AI-enabled HR tools for efficiency

Requirements:• Human Resources diploma or degree is essential • 1-2 years of HR experience necessary • Experience in a unionized setting preferred • Strong communication skills required • Valid driver’s license with travel availability
