Production Loader Operator (Fernie)

Foothills Silva Culture Inc. is seeking a Production Loader Operator to join our growing team. We are looking for a reliable and safety-conscious individual with at least 2 years of loader operating experience. APPLICANTS MUST RESIDE IN THE ELK VALLEY REGION Responsibilities: - Safely and efficiently operate a loader as directed by supervisors. - Load haul trucks in a productive and safe manner. - Maintain constant awareness of the work environment to ensure safety. - Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals. - Follow detailed work plans and instructions from the management team. - Perform daily checks and basic maintenance on equipment as required. - Accurately complete all required daily paperwork and documentation. Qualifications: - Minimum 2 years of experience operating loaders. - Experience operating other types of heavy equipment is an asset. - Strong communication and teamwork skills. - Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and efficiency.
