Customer-Focused Shuttle Driver Role, Kananaskis Country (Claresholm)

Become a Shuttle Driver at our resort, providing essential transportation services for guests and staff in beautiful Banff National Park. Strong customer service and driving experience are needed.

This full-time role emphasizes the safe and timely transport of individuals around the resort and lakes. You'll be responsible for keeping vehicles clean and organized while documenting essential vehicle logs. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are critical for maintaining positive relationships with guests and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities:• Operate resort vehicles safely following all policies • Timely transport of guests and staff to various locations • Process and maintain vehicle logs and cleanliness • Regularly collaborate with resort management on the road • Provide departmental assistance as needed

Requirements:• Clean class 2 AB drivers' license required • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant driving experience • Excellent listening and communication skills • High enthusiasm and energy in customer service • Ability to work dependently or collaboratively
