Warehouse Associate (Cranbrook)

Company Overview Top Hand Supplies is a raw pet food / pet treat manufacturer and distributor based in beautiful Cranbrook, BC. We are looking for a dependable and hard-working Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, organizing, and preparing products for distribution. We are a small, hands-on team, so we’re looking for someone who is adaptable, willing to learn, and ready to help wherever needed. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, works well with others, and is comfortable in a fast-paced, physically active environment. Key Responsibilities - Receive and inspect incoming shipments - Sort and stock inventory in designated locations - Pick and prepare customer orders for shipping - Load and unload pallets and boxes safely and efficiently - Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided if needed) - Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe - Follow all safety procedures and company policies - Assist with inventory counts when needed - Work with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations Working Conditions - Cold, wet, and humid environments (freezers & coolers) - Physically demanding work (standing, lifting, walking on concrete or wet surfaces) - Fast-paced, team-driven warehouse setting - Working directly with pallets, stocking boxes, freezers and palletizing Qualifications & Skills - Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or general labor experience is an asset - Forklift certification is an advantage but not required (training can be provided) - Solid attention to detail and a willingness to learn - Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions - Comfortable working in cold environments and handling raw food products - Team-oriented with good communication skills - Must have valid Class 5 driver’s license Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.88 per hour Benefits - Casual dress - Company events - Dental care - Extended health care - Life insurance - On-site parking - Paid time off - RRSP match - Vision care Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2pa7ro
