Overview This position involves courteous and efficient pick‑up and delivery of packages on an assigned route, checking all shipments for conformance to Federal Express Canada service features, and providing related customer service functions.

Responsibilities

Pick up and deliver packages along assigned routes.

Inspect shipments for compliance with Federal Express Canada standards.

Perform related customer service tasks.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment.

Minimum one year of customer‑oriented business experience.

Must meet minimum thresholds on mandatory pre‑placement driver assessment training.

Knowledge of FedEx Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations is an asset.

Good interpersonal, communication, time‑management, and organizational skills.

Excellent customer service skills.

Ability to multitask, handle stress, and work in a highly pressured environment.

Willingness to work flexible schedules and holidays as needed.

If you reside in Quebec, you must be bilingual (French and English).

Pay Pay rate: $23.30 per hour. Full time.
