Position Overview

This is an interview position. The role involves operating company vehicles and delivering and picking up packages across a floating number of routes (minimum 15), without a fixed route. The candidate will also serve as a mentor and lead by example, demonstrating strong communication, conflict resolution, and leadership through Best Practices methods. Additionally, the role promotes continued sales and generates incremental revenue where possible.Responsibilities

Operate company vehicles and deliver and pick up packages across at least 15 routes. Provide coverage for open routes in absence of assigned couriers. Mentor hourly employees, modeling strong communication, conflict resolution and leadership. Promote sales and generate incremental revenue opportunities.Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license with good driving record. Minimum of six (6) months prior courier experience. Ability to lift 70 lbs and move packages up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment. Knowledge of FedEx products, features, general operations, and Canadian customs regulations (asset).Must obtain and maintain FedEx DG Specialist certification and recurring training. Must be bilingual (French and English) for Quebec positions. Strong interpersonal, customer relations, communication, analytical, problem‑solving, prioritization, and organization skills. Full‑time position. Job posting date: 05/04/2026; Job posting end date: 05/11/2026. Incumbent does not have regularly assigned routes; may need to override DG specialist requirement by senior management. The role may involve different shifts according to operational needs. EEO Statement
