Mountain Linens is a commercial laundry facility serving hotels and hospitality clients in Whistler. We are seeking a Laundry Logistics Supervisor to oversee the coordination of linen pickups, deliveries, and internal workflow between logistics and production. Overview

This role is responsible for ensuring timely movement of linens, maintaining delivery schedules, and supporting overall operational efficiency. The position requires strong organization, problem‑solving, and the ability to supervise staff in a rapid‑paced environment. Job Duties

Co‑ordinate and oversee daily pickup and delivery schedules for hospitality clients Supervise loading, unloading, and handling of linens to ensure proper sorting and tracking Plan and adjust delivery routes based on production timelines and client requirements Co‑ordinate workflow between logistics and production teams to meet service deadlinesResolve delivery issues, delays, and service‑related concerns Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies Monitor and maintain organization of staging, dispatch, and receiving areas Ensure proper tracking of incoming and outgoing linen volumes Ensure safe operation and basic maintenance of delivery vehicles and equipmentPrepare and submit progress and operational reports as required May assist with production tasks as needed Requirements

Secondary school (high school) graduation or equivalent Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory, logistics, or related role Strong organizational and time‑management skills Ability to manage schedules and adapt to changing priorities Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to lift and handle laundry loadsComfortable working in a fast‑paced, physically active environment English required Employment Details

Location: Whistler, BC Job Type: Full‑time, Permanent Hours: 30–40 hours per week Wage: $37.00–$40.00 per hour Schedule: May include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Additional Pay
