The Couchiching Conservancy, dedicated to protecting significant lands in Ontario, is seeking an Executive Director who combines strong leadership with a passion for conservation. This role not only requires strategic insight but also the ability to inspire and mobilize support from diverse stakeholders. Reporting directly to the Board, you will guide essential programs and collaborate closely with partners.

Requirements:• Proven leadership experience in non-profit organizations • Effective fundraising and donor relations skills • Solid financial oversight and management capabilities • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; advanced degree preferred
