About Us At Orillia Chevrolet Buick GMC, our GM Certified Service Department is a high-volume, quick-paced environment dedicated to keeping the Lake Simcoe and Sunshine City communities moving safely. We are introducing an exciting new position designed to bridge our Service and Sales departments while elevating our Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Stationed directly in our active service drive at an open advisor desk, you will be the ultimate champion for customer care and dealership growth. If you are an outgoing, process-driven professional, our uncapped monthly bonus structure rewards your hustle directly! Purpose of the Position This role is responsible for driving service workshop capacity, mining daily service traffic for vehicle upgrade opportunities, and conducting proactive post-visit customer care calls to ensure 100% satisfaction and boost our brand loyalty. Key Responsibilities - Service Drive Engagement: Actively engage with service clients face-to-face as they arrive for their daily maintenance and repair visits to optimize appointment workflow. - Trade Appraisals & Upgrades: Identify service customers in strong equity positions, present the benefits of our vehicle exchange program, and coordinate no-obligation vehicle trade appraisals while they wait. - Sales Appointment Generation: Convert service-to-sales opportunities by booking qualified upgrade consultations for our Sales & Leasing team. - Post-Pickup CSI Follow-Up: Execute dedicated follow-up calls to customers within 24–48 hours of vehicle pickup. Ensure total satisfaction, thank them for their business, and proactively address or escalate any concerns to protect and boost our dealership CSI scores. - Data Integrity: Accurately track and log all conversation notes, equity updates, appraisal outcomes, and customer satisfaction feedback within the dealership CRM. Required Qualifications & Skills - Licensing: Valid OMVIC (Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council) Salesperson Registration is required to legally handle trade-in and upgrade conversations. - Thriving in Action: Outgoing, empathetic, and resilient personality. You must be comfortable working on your feet in a live service environment and handling high volumes of phone outreach. - Communication Style: Superior verbal communication, exceptional active listening skills, a polished professional presentation, and a naturally persuasive phone etiquette. - Core Values: Proactive self-starter mindset with a genuine passion for customer care, relationship building, and driving measurable results.
