Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of food safety, food preparation, and the overall restaurant setting. As a Restaurant Manager, you will ensure that our guests receive outstanding service while maintaining high standards for food quality and safety. Responsibilities - Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision and scheduling. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining high standards of food safety. - Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure quality and consistency. - Train, mentor, and develop staff in customer service excellence and operational procedures. - Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively to enhance guest satisfaction. - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations. - Implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and attract new customers. Skills - Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations. - Experience in bartending is a plus, enhancing beverage service offerings. - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. - Proven leadership abilities to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. - Background in the food industry with hands-on experience in restaurant operations. - Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. - Strong communication skills for effective interaction with staff and customers alike.
