The LCBO is hiring Summer Customer Service Representatives for the season of May 4, 2026 to September 7, 2026. The role is on‑site in a retail store, focusing on delivering an engaging customer experience. Responsibilities

Serve customers using the cash register system promptly, courteously, and responsibly. Provide a positive, memorable customer experience. Ask for donations for partner charities (Spirit of Sustainability Campaign). Participate in customer experience and postal code surveys. Receive, replenish, and display products on shelves, ensuring face‑up orientation.Keep the store clean, organized, and safe, including cleaning spills and broken bottles. Lift cases up to 40 lbs (18 kg) repeatedly while standing for long periods. Qualifications

Comfortable working with teammates and customers. Legally authorized to work in Canada with a valid SIN, Student, or Work Permit. Minimum age 18. Bilingualism (English&French) is a bonus. Willingness to complete a Criminal Background Check at own expense before starting. Schedule&Availability

Required availability: Friday (5:00 PM– close). Saturday and Sunday (available all day for a 4‑to‑8 hour shift). Long Weekends: Victoria Day, Canada Day, Civic Holiday, Labour Day weekends. Additional work may be available Monday–Thursday based on store needs. Schedules posted two weeks in advance; extra shifts may arise onshort notice.Benefits&Opportunities
