Reporting to the COO, the Human Resources Manager will lead the implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and development of the companys HR strategies and procedures.
Duties:
- Manage the budget for HR administration and engage the organization to achieve business objectives
- Handle the full cycle recruitment of employees
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance and initiate any required disciplinary action
- Organize the training of employees in order to ensure workforce flexibility and skills improvement
- Monitor HR related documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency of business processes
- Ensures compliance with applicable federal/provincial/ municipal laws and regulations
- Deliver training programs to the employees
- Bachelors degree in HR or any comparable degree
- 10-15 years HR experience
- A CPHR designation is required
- RPR designation preferred
- Experience with HRIS systems, including applicant tracking
