As the Human Resources Manager for Business Advisory Services, you will report to the Chief People Officer and lead a team of six. Key Responsibilities:• Oversee HR advisory services and develop innovative programs • Guide the HR team on performance management and conflict resolution • Manage collective bargaining processes with union executives • Monitor HR budgets, analyze trends, and allocate resources • Promote a safe workplace incompliance with safety regulations
Requirements:• Minimum eight years in HR and Labor Relations • Five years in leadership roles within HR • Degree in HR, Labour Relations, or Social Sciences • Experience with public sector organizations • Proven record in change management expertise
