OpportunityFinancial Consultant – 4 month contract.Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate enterprise system implementation projects from initiation through post‑go‑live support.- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, issues, and status reporting.- Facilitate governance meetings, executive updates, and stakeholder communications.- Partner with Finance and business teams to improve and standardize operational processes.- Support implementation of core financial functions including accounting, payables, receivables, cash operations, asset management, and reporting.- Coordinate system testing activities including integration testing, user acceptance testing, and defect resolution.- Manage third‑party vendors and implementation partners to ensure project deliverables meet timelines and quality standards.- Support change management, training activities, user readiness, cutover planning, and post‑implementation stabilization.- Track project budgets, resources, and overall project performance.- Prepare executive dashboards and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.Qualifications- 5+ years of project management or PMO experience supporting enterprise system or ERP implementations.- Experience working on cross‑functional projects involving Finance, Operations, IT, and external vendors.- Strong understanding of financial processes, reporting, reconciliations, controls, and month‑end activities.- Experience managing project governance, risk tracking, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.- Knowledge of ERP implementation lifecycle, testing processes, and change management practices.- Robust leadership, communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.- Proficiency with project planning, reporting, spreadsheet, and presentation tools.- Experience with business intelligence and reporting platforms is considered an asset.- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field preferred.- Project management certifications or finance‑related designations are considered an asset.Benefits & CompensationSalary range disclosed as required by local law.
