We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and organized Technical Service Representative (TSR) to support our insurance brokerage team. This is a back-office service role, mainly focused on policy processing, documentation, insurer portal work, and internal quality checks. This position does not involve sales. Key Responsibilities Process policy changes, new business, renewals, cancellations, and endorsements Complete insurer portal work and follow up with insurance companies when needed Prepare and issue insurance documents, certificates, pink slips, and related paperwork Perform in-house file checks to ensure accuracy and compliance Maintain accurate client records and documentation in the brokerage system Support brokers and service staff with daily processing and workflow tasks Follow office procedures and help ensure work is completed correctly and on time Requirements Insurance brokerage experience preferred RIBO licence preferred but not required Robust attention to detail and accuracy Organized, responsible, and able to follow procedures Comfortable using brokerage systems and insurance company portals Able to manage workload and complete tasks efficiently English required; Mandarin is an asset What We Offer Competitive base salary Training and support Reliable, long-term position Qualified team workplace Opportunity to grow within the brokerage We welcome candidates who are reliable, detail-oriented, and interested in building a long-term career in insurance brokerage operations.
