General Manager Scarborough

Position: Full Time General Manager Location: Scarborough We are seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to oversee the daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of fitness trainers and front desk staff. Provide guidance, support, and training as needed. Operational Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the gym, including facility maintenance, equipment upkeep, and inventory management. Customer Experience: Maintain high standards of customer service. Address member inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively. Sales and Marketing Support: Promote gym memberships, special programs, and events. Drive membership sales and retention initiatives. Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Implement and oversee safety protocols and cleaning procedures. Cleaning the gym is a must in this position. Requirements: Previous experience in a managerial role within the fitness industry or related field. Solid leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proven ability to manage staff, handle customer relations, and drive sales. Knowledge of fitness equipment, health, and safety regulations. Weekend availability as needed.
