Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Human Resource Assistant! This remote position involves supporting HR functions, assisting with onboarding, and enhancing our HR processes while allowing for a flexible work schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the onboarding process for new employees.
Maintain accurate staff records and support HR administration.
Answer employee inquiries and provide HR-related support.
Collaborate with the team to streamline HR processes.
Skills and Experience Needed:
Strong communication skills.
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Willingness to learn; prior experience is not required, but previous experience in HR is a plus.
Duration:
This is a part-time position (20 hours/week, flexible schedule).
Pay:
$40.00 per hour
Payment type: hourly contract.

Remote position.
