Registered Dietitian for Diabetes and Primary Care (Toronto)

Become a vital asset at Sunnybrook as a Registered Dietitian specializing in diabetes care. This full time position involves supporting complex patients in managing their dietary needs and education. As a Clinical Dietitian, you will work with patients at both the Sunnybrook Diabetes Education Centre and the Sunnybrook Academic Family Health Team. The role includes evaluating nutrition habits, implementing medical nutrition therapy, and facilitating community outreach education. This position emphasizes teamwork and the application of advanced nutritional strategies to support patient health.
