Demonstrate product features and perks to help customers make informed purchasing decisions. Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. Process transactions accurately using POS systems, ensuring efficient cash handling. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, including restocking merchandise as needed. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience. Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and sales strategies relevant to technology sales. Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction. Contribute in skid/pallet unpacking and merchandise organization. Being communicative, stressless, and physical endurance. Experience Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred. Strong communication skills in English & Ukrainian; multilingual abilities are a plus. Familiarity with cashiering processes and cash handling practices is beneficial. A background in technology sales or technical sales is an advantage. Ability to work versatile hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn about new products and sales techniques.
