Information:

• Location: US tier 2, Toronto as long as they can work PT hours/ Hybrid on client locations
• Industry Experience: Ads or eCommerce, Tech Company experience. (No banking/ Insurance)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to join the organization, one of the fastest growing teams. You will be managing complex e-commerce projects from inception to implementation, and partnering with stakeholders horizontally and vertically within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Run end to end lifecycle of complex technical projects that contribute to our Ads platform roadmap, from concept and initiation to release and go to market
• Oversee design, development, integration, testing and ramp of key technical initiatives
• Lead key operating rhythms within our organization and between partner teams; ensure that everyone is working together helping solving cross org issues / communication / partner concerns
• Anticipate, assess and manage issues and risks; perform as needed root cause analysis and recommend mitigation plans
• Ensure clear status reporting is happening at all levels, whether at the sponsor level or day to day team members
• Develop presentations and supporting documentation for various forums and partners
• Build, document, and improve processes across geographically distributed teams/partners in order to optimize efficiency in a fast-pace environment

Requirements

• 8+ years of technical project management with a focus on leading full stack, end to end integrations and testing
• Experience in Ads or eCommerce in a product development environment
• Demonstrated track record of leading projects from conception through post-launch
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Experience working with engineering, design, product, sales, ops, and program management counterparts to deliver products/services
• Ability to take initiative even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances, under little or no supervision
• Clear and concise communication, documentation and presentations to your program manager and leads, and timely escalations of potential risks.
• Manage multiple partners at various levels in the organization and working with them all equally, proactively and transparently
• Willingness to be hands-on and do whatever is vital
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent

Preferred requirements:

• Experience with Ad Tech, Search, Recommendations, structured data, and ML/AI
• Background of full stack system integration, E2E testing, development methodologies, and dependency management
• Proficient in Airtable
• Strong understanding of using AI, especially with process optimization, reporting and project management
• Experience working on seller-side products, Market Place, or monetization features
• Background in large-scale consumer or e-commerce environments
