Position : Seasonal FOH Retail Sales Associate ( Full time / Part time ) Start Date : End of June Requirements: - A minimum of one year experience in retail sales. - Experience in the food service industry is an asset but not mandatory. - Able to work independently and in a team. - Attention to small details - Full of responsibility to work - Consistency - Great at repetitive tasks - Working clean - Calm positive attitude - Good verbal English skills. - Able to work multitasking - Able to take direction - Able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time. - Able to work under pressure. - Able to work under fast-paced environments - Able to understand the company's work policy. - Able to follow work rules. - Able to work weekends and holidays. - Able to work legally in Canada (Canadian Citizen, valid work visa, or permanent resident) Job Duties: - Provide a lovely informative service to customers - Packaging of chocolate and confections - Learning about products knowridge - Taking orders , making drinks, gelato scooping - Engage and assist customers by phone calls with questions regarding products, orders, shipping process - Maintain cleanliness of store space including wash dishes and closing duties.
