Store Manager in Training (Etobicoke) (Toronto)

Responsibilities - Anticipate the needs of customers and put them first in all that you do. - Lead, coach and motivate colleagues to achieve success and foster colleague growth. - Be involved in community initiatives to build long‑term relationships with the community. - Be committed to maintaining merchandising and operational standards and be accountable for financial objectives. - Manage day‑to‑day operations of the store. - Provide input to the District Manager to help shape business strategy. - Constantly look out for industry trends, propose and implement unique ideas. Qualifications - Exceptional customer service skills and a talent for building customer loyalty and community relationships. - Demonstrated ability to improve productivity, engagement and retention. - Experience managing overall store operations within the grocery industry. - Solid financial acumen to deliver outstanding business results. - Commitment to delivering consistent results, everyday. - A robust network in the industry and community. - A valid G driver’s license with flexibility to travel GTA West/Mississauga/London/Collingwood. - Ability to work a flexible schedule. Employment Information Hiring Range: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year. A candidate’s experience and geographic region may influence pay.
