Position Overview ARS Responds Canada is looking for a highly creative and strategic Senior Graphic Designer to help elevate and evolve our national brand presence across digital, print, presentations, proposals, events, and internal communications. Reporting to the Director, Communications & Brand Strategy, this role will transform ideas into high-impact visual storytelling that supports business development, employee engagement, recruitment, customer confidence, and brand growth in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Key Responsibilities - Design high-impact visual assets across digital, print, presentations, proposals, events, and internal communications - Create executive-level PowerPoint presentations, sales decks, and strategic communication materials - Support RFQ/RFP submissions through strong visual layout, structure, and storytelling - Develop campaign creative for social media, website, recruitment, email, and ARS internal communications platform - Design infographics, diagrams, templates, signage, and branded marketing collateral - Maintain brand consistency and visual quality across all ARS touchpoints - Collaborate with Communications, Business Development, HR, Operations, and Leadership teams - Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high attention to detail - Other duties as assigned Required Knowledge and Experience - 7–10+ years of professional graphic design experience - Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field - Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Microsoft PowerPoint - Strong portfolio demonstrating brand design, presentation design, digital campaigns, print and layout design, executive-level visual storytelling - Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and brand systems - Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments - Experience with WordPress, Canva, Figma, video editing, or motion graphics considered an asset What Excellent Looks Like Every ARS asset should feel: - Intentional - Professional - Consistent - Modern - Executive-level Why Join ARS?
