Key Responsibilities: - Lead the Verve Quality Improvement initiatives - Assess residents' wellness needs and document findings - Implement individualized care plans fostering resident independence - Conduct staff recruitment and performance evaluations - Maintain compliance with occupational health regulations Requirements: - Current LPN license, in good standing - At least 2 years of senior care experience - Solid leadership and administrative skills - Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel - Background in working under union conditions Drive wellness outcomes and create a supportive environment for seniors at Verve Senior Living.
