Deal Analytics / Power BI Associate (Finance Focus) (Toronto)

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Deal Analytics / Power BI Associate with a focus on finance, based in Toronto, ON. The role includes working with financial data to create dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, conducting data and business analytics, and providing actionable insights to inform investment and operational decisions. This is not generic dashboard work and involves high speed analytics for turning financial data into investment-grade insights across: - Deal evaluation & due diligence - Portfolio performance tracking - EBITDA / revenue driver analysis - KPI frameworks for decision-making What we’re looking for - Power BI experience (solid preference) - Understanding of financial statements / KPIs - FP&A; / consulting / deal advisory exposure - Ability to structure messy financial data into insights Qualifications - Strong foundational skills in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, and general Analytics - Advanced Analytical Skills and expertise in applying Statistics to solve complex problems - Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI in creating data pipelines, visualizations and dashboards - Detail-oriented with robust problem-solving capabilities - Knowledge of financial models and an understanding of investment analysis - Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Science, Business, Economics, or related field - Experience in consulting or a data-focused role, especially in finance, is a plus Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2psc31
