Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Staff to join our team. The ideal candidates will be passionate about providing excellent customer service in a rapid-paced environment. This role is essential for ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience, from taking orders to serving food and maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all special requests are noted. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation. Assist in the preparation of food items as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines. Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register, ensuring accuracy in all financial dealings. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms throughout shifts. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food. Follow all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation. Skills Experience in the food industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining health standards. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Solid communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks. Familiarity with kitchen operations and food service practices is a plus.
