Nurse Practitioner for Youth Wellness Services (Whitby)

Join the Durham Community Health Centre as a Nurse Practitioner dedicated to youth wellness. This part-time role involves providing integrated health services addressing mental health, sexual health, nutrition, and more. As an NP at the Youth Wellness Hub in Oshawa, you will work 17.5 hours weekly, including evenings and weekends. Your role is critical in delivering trauma-informed primary care, conducting assessments, and engaging youth in their wellness journeys. Collaborate with a committed inter-professional team to ensure comprehensive care while supporting clients from diverse backgrounds.
