Description

A well-established and growing real estate investment firm based in the Greater Toronto Area, is seeking a professional, organized, and personable Receptionist / Front Desk Administrator to join our team.

This individual will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, tenants, clients, and vendors, while supporting day-to-day administrative operations in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and tenants in a professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
  • Maintain the front desk and reception area
  • Coordinate incoming/outgoing mail and courier deliveries
  • Schedule meetings and manage boardroom bookings
  • Assist with office administration and clerical tasks
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate vendor/service requests
  • Manage filing, scanning, and document organization
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional presentation and customer service skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Experience in real estate, property management, or professional services is considered an asset
