Project Leaders are expected to put in a minimum of 8 hours per week and be responsive to emails within 36 hours. SUMMARY: This role is required to work with Research Associates in conducting research on water and analysing the operation of the electroflocculation (eFloc™) systems. A Project Leader should be able to maintain quality, safety and control standards and motivate Associates in following the same. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES : Conduct research utilizing institution approved data and technologies. Technical reporting and statistical data analysis of the operations involved. Mentor and coach a team 3-5 Associates. Provide appropriate technical training to new volunteers as required. Attend weekly/monthly meetings as per schedule. EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS : Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously. Bachelor’s degree completed or equivalent work experience (at least 3 years or more full time paid corporate/non - profit work experience) Good understanding of the water/wastewater treatment process including biological treatment. Experienced Biological or Chemical or Environmental Engineer. Good analytical skills and willingness to learn. Valuable oral and written communication skills.
