PheedLoop Senior Site Reliability Engineer (Winnipeg)

PheedLoop is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to maintain and enhance the tech behind live events. This pivotal role prioritizes system reliability and performance. You'll be tasked with designing resilient infrastructure, spearheading CI/CD efforts, and driving capacity planning. As incidents arise, you will take the lead in diagnostics and remediation efforts. Your role also includes mentoring junior engineers and optimizing cloud resource usage for reliability and budget adherence. Key Responsibilities: • Design and maintain scalable production infrastructure • Develop and refine CI/CD automation tools • Collaborate on reliability SLOs and error budgets • Facilitate incident management and postmortem reviews • Enhance observability across platforms with effective tools Requirements: • 3+ years in SRE, DevOps, or production engineering • Solid experience with AWS and container platforms • Proficient in Terraform and infrastructural coding • Robust scripting abilities in Python or Bash • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related experience Support PheedLoop in redefining live events with a focus on sustainability and top-tier performance as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer.
