Protection & Control Application Engineer (Markham)

What’s the Job? Seeking an experienced Protection & Control Application Engineer to support testing, commissioning, and deployment of protection and control solutions for power systems. Role includes in‑house and on‑site customer support. Location: Fully On‑Site Schedule Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay Rate: From $50.23/hour Contract (1‑Year Contract) Travel: Up to 25% (US & Canada) Key Responsibilities - Analyze protection & control designs, schematics, and logic diagrams - Develop relay settings and customized test plans - Perform secondary injection testing and simulate complex control schemes - Configure relay communication, including IEC 61850 - Support commissioning and provide technical guidance to peers Required Qualifications - Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering - 5+ years experience in relay testing and setting file creation Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2pn465
