SAP Record to Report (RTR) Lead (Markham)

Overview We are looking for an experienced SAP Record to Report (RTR) Lead to support enterprise finance transformation initiatives for a large-scale organization in the IS-U/Utilities domain. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO), along with hands-on experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments. Qualifications - Robust experience in SAP Record to Report (RTR) processes - ISU / Utilities domain experience required - Hands-on experience with SAP FI/CO modules - Expertise in GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and financial reporting - Experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA implementations - Experience working on large-scale transformation projects - Strong understanding of enterprise finance processes and integrations - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills Key Responsibilities - Lead SAP RTR workstreams including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting, financial closing, and reporting processes - Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide functional solutions - Support SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrations with other SAP modules - Ensure alignment with enterprise finance and compliance standards - Participate in solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support - Provide leadership and guidance to project teams and business users - Support issue resolution, process improvements, and optimization activities Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2prlva
