Job Summary: We are currently hiring Construction Labourers to join our underground utilities crew. This role focuses on site preparation, restoration, material handling, and supporting overall job site operations on projects. Responsibilities: - Perform site preparation and clean-up on underground utility projects - Shoveling, grading, raking, and restoration as required - Load and unload materials, equipment, and tools - Support hydrovac and excavation operations - Follow all company safety procedures and daily job site protocols - Maintain organized and safe job sites - Assist with traffic control and site setup when required Requirements: - 2+ year telecommunication construction labour experience - Experience in underground utilities, civil, or restoration work is an asset - Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks - Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions - Valid G Driver’s License - Reliable transportation - Strong work ethic and dependable attendance What We Offer: - Competitive hourly wage (based on experience) - Overtime opportunities - Comprehensive Medical and Dental Benefits - Training and advancement opportunities - Established and growing company Schedule: Monday to Friday Overtime as required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $24.50-$32.70 per hour Perks: - Company pension - Dental care - Extended health care - Paid time off Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2pt21k
