Assistant Retail Manager (Assistant Store Leader)
We are hiring immediately for an assistant retail manager, referred to as an assistant store leader. Responsibilities
Lead and coach a team of sales advisors to create an outstanding customer experience. Motivate and inspire the team to help customers find the perfect product or service. Cultivate an inclusive learning culture while maintaining a fun environment. Oversee store KPIs—including revenue, merchandising standards, inventory health, and health&safety. Maintain a healthy profit and loss statement for the store. Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience leading a retail team of at least 20 associates. Minimum 2 years of experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals. Ability to create an inclusive, fun, and safe work environment. Benefits
