Key Responsibilities:• Configure and maintain enterprise-wide monitoring systems • Develop effective SLIs/SLOs linked to business impacts • Lead incident resolution efforts and conduct post-incident reviews • Participate in a 24/7 Tier-3 support role • Automate monitoring provisioning using Python and Terraform

Requirements:• Proficient in observability tools like NewRelic and Dynatrace • Expertise in SNMP and network polling strategies • Proven SRE experience in reliability architecture • Strong background in Linux, Kubernetes, and networking • Working knowledge of ITIL and data protection rules
